A part of our web-shop items are ready to ship in the same day, but if size is out of stock, we will make it in 1-7 working days. Please contact us for more information and precise processing time.
How long it takes till shipping out my order?
If item are in stock, than we will ship it out in 1-2 working days after payment receiving.
If item or size is not in web-shop, does it’s still possible to order it?
If you fall in love with some item which you do not see in our web-shop anymore, please contact us - we will let you know does it’s still possible to make this item.

Yes, if item is not worn, not washed, not damaged, we do returns and exchanges.
In how long term can I make a return?
If you would like to exchange or return item to us, then it needs to be sent out to us in 14 days after order delivery. We return / exchange not worn, not washed, not damaged items.
